Sealed proposals will be received electronically by Manchester Township until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 for the following project: Cousler Park– Tennis and Pickleball Courts, contains one (1) contract: Contract No. 1 – Site Improvement Contract Plans and contract documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Manchester Township municipal building, 3200 Farmtrail Road, York, PA 17406. Attendance is recommended for all bidders. A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in the amount of 10-percent of the total base bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not be withdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs and alternates Inquiries shall be submitted using the “Questions” feature in PennBid. This contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
