This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement conducted under FAR Part 12 for commercial services, with the government intending to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. The scope of work requires a comprehensive inspection of the building's interior, exterior, and grounds, covering structural elements, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and force protection. Key deliverables include a summarized BER based on a Building Condition Assessment with cost estimates and photographs, a detailed scheduled operations and maintenance plan, and a list of potential energy conservation improvements.
