Solicitation Information



N6852026Q1062 is issued as a competitive procurement prepared In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE), has a requirement to provide forty-five (45) training classes for the initial and recertification of First Aid and Adult CPR/AED training for personnel. Full Statement of Work (SOW) is provided in the attached RFQ N6852026Q1062. Contract Type: The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis. Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoW contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Expenses incurred in the preparation of quotes in repsonse to this RFQ are the vendor's sole responsibility and not reimbursable by the Government. All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Melinda Bowen at melinda.a.bowen.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 16:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 07 September, 2026.
