Solicitation # 80NSSC27947456Q
The NASA Shared Services Center is soliciting quotes for the Leadership Experience Program (LEP) under solicitation 80NSSC27947456Q. This effort seeks to establish multiple five-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with qualifying organizations to provide immersive training for high-potential NASA leaders (GS-13 to GS-15). To be considered, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide a quote that demonstrates technical acceptability regarding the Statement of Work. While past performance may be submitted, it is not a formal evaluation factor. The period of performance begins in November 2026 and includes a base year with four subsequent option years.
