The contracting activity posted a Sources Sought to FBO.gov (AEDCSS001801) on 11Apr 2017 as a component of market research. Subsequently, the contracting activity posted a special notice of intent to Sole-Source on 28 Nov 2017. No firms responded or provided capability statements in response to the Notice of Intent to Sole Source.
