The City of Iowa City Equipment Division is soliciting bids for the purchase of one (1) new 13,000 GVWR Crew Cab and Chassis 4x2 truck to be used by the Wastewater Division in accordance with the requirements outlined in this Request for Bid. A flatbed body package with hoist will be installed on this truck, which will be procured under separate order. Bids must be submitted online via Ion Wave. Faxed, emailed and hard copies of bids will not be accepted. Important: the City's process for submitting exceptions, deviations, substitutions, and alternatives for Request for Bid has changed. All questions, clarifications, and requests for deviations or exceptions must be submitted through the Ion Wave Q&A feature no later than September 4, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) . Only responses issued by the City through Ion Wave will be considered official. Submissions made outside of Ion Wave will not be considered.
