Proposals will not be accepted after that time. A MANDATORY meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM at City Hall Courtyard, 350 Main Street, El Segundo, CA 90245. Failure to attend the mandatory meeting will disqualify a proposal.
