Crunch CFD Annual Renewable License for Cray XT3 and XT4

This modification is t issued to correct the applicable Federal Acquisition Circular and to update several Provision / Clauses with the current clause dates. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 4QCO96095587 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-30. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 443120. This requirement is unrestricted and any interested offerors may submit a quote. FOB Destination shall be Vicksburg, MS 39180. Period of performance: Base Period 04/01/2009 to 03/31/2010 with two (2) one (1) year options to renew.
