The project will replace approximately 2500 linear feet of 6-inch ACP with new 12-inch and 10-inch C900 PVC pipe to support the existing transmission of water service to the community of Shandon. The 6-inch ACP will be abandoned in place. Street pavement will be removed and replaced to access and install the pipe. There will also be electrical improvements and a generator upgrade at the well sites. During review of the project no exceptions as described in section 15300.2 of the CEOA Guidelines, were determined to be applicable to the project.
