This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant.
There will be a site visit on November 29 at 9am. Interested bidders are to meet at the at 3701 Carling Ave, bldg 65, Ottawa, ON. Names of those attending the site visit and the firm they represent must be provided to the Contracting Authority no later than November 24 by 2pm. Any attendance requests after this will be rejected. Any individuals who attend without advance notice will be denied access to the site visit.
