CSP #26-15 Building S10 Roof Refurbishment

San Jacinto Community College District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (CSP) from qualified firms to provide roof refiguration. Project Estimate : Current estimate for work is approximately nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000). Schedule : Work is scheduled to start September 2026 and shall be completed by December 2026. All proposals must be submitted through this IonWave e-Bidding system. The system does not allow proposals to be submitted unless all requirements have been met such as responses to required Attributes and uploaded required Attachments. This takes time to complete, so please do not wait to submit your proposal. There are eight tabs to our solicitations: 1. Event Details : Contains the issue date and time, close date and time, status of the request, notes, and contact information for the Procurement Contact. 2. Questions : Submit any questions you may have before the deadline. See Activities tab for deadlines. 3. Activities : Any event dates related to this solicitation. 4. Attachments : Read all attachments. CSP request, project manual, specifications, sample agreement, etc. can be found here. 5. Attributes : Acknowledgements, terms and conditions, questions about your firm, references, etc. 6. Line Items : Read about the specified item(s) and enter pricing, discount, or other information requested. 7. Response Attachments : Attach all required documents and information. 8. Response Submission : Enter the name and e-mail address of respondent and submit response. This individual must have the authority to submit a response on the company's behalf.
