Responses to questions and addendums will be posted on via Aon¿s Vendor Search Database web portal administered by ProposalTech at: https://www.proposaltech.com/home/app.php/register?co=aon PURPOSE The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested in providing 403(b) plan administration, recordkeeping, compliance, plan sponsor, communication/education, and participant services, including certain master administrator/recordkeeper services, for the California State University (the CSU) 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Plan (the Plan). The effective date of the contract will be no later than April 1, 2026 and will be for an initial term of 5 years. The CSU has contracted with Aon Investments USA Inc. and its affiliate Aon Consulting, Inc.
