Canada invites suppliers to submit Responses indicating their interest in becoming qualified during this Stage 1: Request for qualifications (RFQ) Stage of the procurement process, with the potential to proceed to Stage 2: Request for proposals (RFP) Stage should they meet the qualification requirements as detailed in the RFQ. This is the first step in the procurement for the Cultural Heritage Science Hub Project (CHS), which is being delivered using a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Delivery Model. This involves a competitive procurement process with RFQ and RFP stages to select a Private Developer Partner (DP). Afterward, Canada will enter into a Co-Development Phase with the DP to further advance and optimize the design and scope of the CHS Project. Project Summary: The Cultural Heritage Science (CHS) Hub Project is being undertaken to address a critical need for upgraded facilities and infrastructure to enable and accomplish world class science, and to address poor conditions and functional limitations associated with existing assets.
