Culvert preservation and maintenance

The project involves the preservation and maintenance of culverts along both eastbound and westbound lanes of Route 90 between postmiles 0.5 and 12.8 in the cities of Brea, La Habra, and Fullerton, all within Caltrans Right of Way. Work includes cleaning, inspecting, preparing, and installing cured-in-place pipe liners to restore functionality, ensure unimpeded stormwater flow, and extend the service life of the culverts. No disturbed soil areas are expected, and the project will be funded exclusively through state resources. All activities are scoped to minimize environmental impact and adhere to regulatory requirements without requiring additional land disturbance.
