Culvert Replacement Project Melvin Hill Road over Tributary to Canandaigua Outlet

The Town of Phelps is soliciting bids for the Culvert Replacement Project on Melvin Hill Road over a tributary to the Canandaigua Outlet. The scope of work involves the removal of an existing concrete culvert and the installation of a four-sided single span precast concrete box unit structure on a gravel foundation, including associated stream work and highway approach improvements.
