This solicitation is for HVAC SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR CURLEW JOB CORPS CENTER, CURLEW, WA. The contract is subject to Service Contract Act WD 2015-5559.


Submission of questions are due 1700 PM Eastern Time on 16 September 2026. An Amendment answering all pertinent questions will be issued by 1700 PM Eastern Time on 17 September 2026. Offers are due no later than 1700 PM Eastern Time on 21 September 2026.


Quoters are allowed to submit only one quote.

Since response time is a key factor, contractor is required to have an actual physical location within one hour approximately and Curlew Job Corps Center must be within an area they routinely do service calls for.


The Government is looking to award a single Indefinite Delivery/indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract to a single contractor who offers the best value to the Government. Due to the nature of the required services described herein, the Government has determined that only one (1) ID/IQ contract will be awarded as a result of these Request for Quote (RFQ) procedures. The
ID/IQ contract is designed to provide the Government with a contract vehicle that will allow for additional services to be ordered by
the Government as needed and required, but cannot be reasonably determined in advance.
