This requirement is an emergency non stock listed procurement PR(s): FB20651259X691, FB20651259X692, FB20651259X693, FB20651259X694 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 322224 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 The purchase of: (a) CUSHIONED 3PLY ESD BAGS (6X10), (12X14), (16X16), & (24X24) PN: Qty: 1900, 200, 900, & 1100 Justification for Sole Source Acquisition: Requirements exist within the Avionics Production Division, MXV, for the procurement of Cushioned 3 Layer Ziplock Static Shielding Bags. The bags will be utilized in the packaging, storage and transportation of Electrostatic Devices in the Avionics production shops. In order to meet regulatory requirements in the handling and storage of ESD components, the use of these unique bags has become imperative. In addition, Z-MAR Technology (CAGE 0YWL3) has been designated by the 402nd Electronics Maintenance Group as the central procurement source for Electro-static bags in accordance with MILSTRIP standards. Z-MAR has also been able to manufacture and delivery these bags in an expedient manner. In the past, purchases from other vendors did not meet these standards or the rapid delivery time to prevent maintenance delays. Moreover, the unique sizes requested in this order are not available through GSA or any other known DOD source of supply. The lack of these ESD bags will have an impact on the continuous production process of Avionics components. Only quotes for new equipment will be considered. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is NLT 30 October 2011. Quotations should be emailed to "kathryn.driskell@robins.af.mil" NLT 9 Oct 2011, 4:00 p.m. EST. ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE: 30 October 2011. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation (current through FAC 2005-52 dated 31 May 2011 and DFARS Change Notice 20110623, Effective 23 June 2011: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Rev'd Aug 09) (Added: (n) Prohibition on Contracting with Inverted Domestic Corporations.)
