PRINTED PAPER GROCERY BAGS

The Defense Commissary Agency requests offerors to supply 25% combined pre and post consumer recycled content printed paper grocery bags at various Defense Commissary Agency commissaries located in the Eastern and Western Regions of the Continental United States identified at commissaries.com. The bags sizes are as follows: 70lb basis weight, 1/6 barrel, 60 basis weight, Size No. 12, and 60 basis weight, Size No. 25. The Government intends to award two contracts from the above solicitation and shipment will be FOB destination. This acquisition will be awarded as a Requirements Type contract with a base year of 12 months and 4 one-year option periods. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about September 1, 2009. This RFP will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
