Custodial/Janitorial Services (Norfolk, VA)

The contract is for comprehensive custodial and janitorial services at the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Headquarters Building, covering approximately 155,000 square feet of space including offices, training areas, restrooms, locker rooms, and kitchens. Services are to be performed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding Federal holidays, with a base performance period running from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, and multiple option years extending through January 31, 2032. The contract is Firm Fixed Price for custodial services and Cost No Fee for supplies, with pricing submitted by offerors and evaluated based on reasonableness compared to the Independent Government Estimate and other proposals. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, requiring offerors to self-certify as small businesses in SAM, with size status subject to re-representation throughout performance.
