NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Johnson, LA intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) with Town of Rosepine, located at 6663 Evans Street, Rosepine LA 70659. Services will be from 05 July 2023 through 16 August 2023 under NAICS code 561720. The vendor shall provide non-personal custodial services to various buildings and activities located on North and South Fort Johnson and Toledo Bend (Lake) Recreation Site (TBRS). The goal is to provide a clean, healthy environment for occupants, users, and visitors to facilities identified through custodial services. The sole source determination is based on the critical need for continued services until the Intergovernmental Support Agreement can be finalized. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, quotation and no solicitation package are available. However, firms that believe they can provide services that fully meets the Government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation in writing no later than 27 June 2023 at 11:30 AM CST, to kereese.a.mclean.civ@army.mil. When responding to this announcement, respondents shall place - PANMCC-23-P-0000-020228, Notice of Intent Custodial Services in the subject line. The capabilities statement must provide clear unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. Such documentation will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
