Custom Analog Snake

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Attached are the details concerning the Custom Analog Snake acquisition. (ii) This Request for Quotation is issued as solicitation, FA2517-12-T-6020. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. (iv) The NAICS code for this requirement is 451140, Music Instrument and Supply Stores. The size standard is $10.0 Mil and a single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes. (v) The requirement is brand name or equal as per the attachment "Itemized Listing" (vi) Commercial items shall be priced as FOB destination to Peterson AFB, CO. Delivery terms are 30 days ARO. (vii) The provision at 52.212-1 -- Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (Feb 2012), applies to this acquisition. All companies must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-2(a) Evaluation--Commercial Items (a) (Jan 1999), applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror conforming to the solicitation that is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability will be evaluated against the salient characteristics provided in attachment.
