Full Description
Amendment 1: Extending to 7/15 to allow time for contractors to provide quotes.
Amendment 2: Changing delivery date to NLT 31 December 2026
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type purchase order on a brand name only basis for 10 CATSCAM Sensor Tag Packages as described below. CATSCAM Sensor Tags are currently the only known tags that offer the unique ability to heavily customize their housing and attachment types (e.g., fin floats, fin clamps) that integrate into the Government’s current infrastructure, which is necessary for this requirement. No other sensor tags have the customization required, and creating one that does would impact schedule requirements and incur unacceptable delays associated with integration into the Government’s existing infrastructure.
Qualified suppliers including authorized distributors will be considered and must meet the Government’s minimum requirements detailed below. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
This procurement is a small business set aside, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Program (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334511; the Small Business Size Standard is 1,350 employees or fewer. The PSC is 6640.
