Cutler B103 Replace Septic System

The Department of the Navy, through Navfac Mid-Atlantic, has issued a forecast for the Cutler B103 Replace Septic System project in Maine. This requirement stems from the discovery of groundwater leaking into a septic tank during a recent pumpout, which creates a significant risk that sewage contents may be leaking into the surrounding environment. The primary objective of this contract is to obtain an engineering evaluation and N-line analysis to accurately determine the source of the issue. This technical assessment will be used to establish the most effective course of action for either repairing the existing system or implementing a full replacement to ensure environmental safety and operational functionality.
