This project will include the removal of an old 16,670 sf deteriorating boardwalk on the Towpath at Stumpy Basin and then the installation of a new 16,670 sf boardwalk in its place. This project may also include various trail maintenance deficiencies on the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail from Rockside Rd. to Bath Rd., including stabilizing trail tread and trail shoulder, installing asphalt pavement on troubled areas, removal of encroaching vegetation, and adding limestone screenings for surface
