The Cyber Grant Support Services contract helps the Integrated Operations Division (IOD) coordinate and improve the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program and Tribal Cybersecurity Grant Program across CISA Regions, CISA Headquarters, Mission Enabling Offices, and FEMA. The services and support include but are not limited to providing updates on grant operations and technical assistance plans, collects lessons learned and best practices, tracks return on investment data, supports program monitoring, and helps train regional staff so CISA can deliver consistent cyber grant support nationwide.
The services and support assists IOD improve CISA’s service delivery model by strengthening intake processes, dashboards, notification workflows, request for inquiry processes, and stakeholder engagement tools. The services also include the collection of requirements, updates process documents and user guides, supports ServiceNow enhancements, develops engagement materials, tracks trends, and helps ensure CISA Divisions, Mission Enabling Offices, and Regions have the information they need to coordinate services and support stakeholders.
Furthermore, the services and support provide administrative and technical support to IOD's Front Office by helping leadership manage daily coordination, communications, scheduling, reporting, correspondence, meetings, travel support, and briefing materials. The contractor prepares leadership products, tracks taskers and action items, supports events and engagements, drafts workforce messages, and helps the Assistant Director coordinate, collaborate, and execute CISA operational and planning activities while supporting stakeholders’ critical needs.
