Description of Work: The Correctional Service Canada (CSC), Information Management Services (IMS) continues to provide Information Management (IM) /Information Technology (IT) services to ensure the delivery of mission critical and non-mission critical solutions and services to meet CSC, Parole Board of Canada (PBC) and their partners’ business needs. This requires the use of advanced database technology, system and information management, IM/IT administration, and other capabilities that complement the functions provided by Shared Services Canada (SSC).
