Full Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI), as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). The Government is issuing this RFI in an effort to understand market availability, technical characteristics, cost, and functionality of Information Technology (IT) tools, applications, services or products capable of satisfying the life-cycle technical, functional, operational, and/or support, capabilities described in this RFI. The AFLCMC/HNI Cyber Sustainment Branch (CSB) is responsible for maintaining and sustaining the Air Force Network (AFNET), both Non-Classified Internet Protocol Routed Network (NIPRNET) and Secure Internet Protocol Routed Network (SIPRNET). The CSB has begun planning for its follow-on contract effort, and desires to engage with Industry to discuss an overall strategy via RFIs and in person meaningful discussions. If the Government pursues this effort, for planning purposes, the follow-on contract actual Request for Proposal (RFP) will post approximately October 2019.
