THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE. In accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76, May 29, 2003, this notice provides the formal public announcement of a streamlined competition final decision of the Information Technology Maintenance functions performed at Gunter Annex, Maxwell AFB, AL. No incumbent service providers (contractor, nor in-house government personnel) were affected by this public-private competition. The agency cost estimate is available upon request. Based on the issuance of a solicitation and receipt of private sector proposals, the streamlined competition form indicates that a private sector contractor is the most cost effective service provider. The adjusted baseline costs and streamlined competition form and documentation are available upon request. The Department of Defense Competitive Sourcing Official is Philip W.
