D--Alternate Data Center & Records Management Services

This contract, titled Alternate Data Center and Records Management Services, tasks the contractor with the establishment of an alternate data center and the comprehensive management of the Records Management and Information System. Key technical requirements include the design, update, and continuity of operations for the Electronic Records Management and Analysis System across the NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS networks. The scope of work further involves implementing information exchange capabilities with authorized agencies, redesigning a predetermined data center location, and migrating existing equipment to that site. Beyond infrastructure and system development, the contractor is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the alternate data center and the provision of project, risk, and configuration management services. Deliverables include the development of necessary software, associated training materials, and the completion of System Security Accreditation Documentation. The project is managed under the Department of Defense via the Navsup Weapon Systems Support Mech office.
