Full Description

Under Statutory Authority § 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center anticipates entering into sole source procurement negotiations with RGI Informatics, LLC of Cornwallville, NY 12418 for the maintenance, repair, software upgrades / updates and clinical/technical support for database report creation and analysis of the RGI Analytic Solution System currently in use for all VISN 12 medical facilities. In order to meet the minimum needs of the RGI Analytic Solution System requires knowledge of and access to information regarding the patented and proprietary RGI Analytic Solution system. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Contract is firm fixed price and the NAICS Code is 541513. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available and telephonic requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and service to the Contracting Officer by 2:00PM (CST) February 23, 2010. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, VAMC GLAC, 5000 W. National Ave Bldg. 5, Milwaukee WI 53295 or via fax to +1 (555) 000-0000. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source negotiation with RGI Informatics, LLC.
