Special Notice - Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Tennessee Air National Guard, located in Memphis Tennessee intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to COMCAST OF AK/FL/LA/MN/MS/TN 6555 QUINCE RD, MEMPHIS, TN 38119-8202. COMCAST OF AK/FL/LA/MN/MS/TN will provide Digital Standard Television package (minimum 40 and up to 80 channels) of commercial television provided via vendor cupplied coaxial cable to a single location within the Memphis Air National Guard Base, 4593 Swinnea Rd. Memphis TN 38118. The requirement will be sole sourced to COMCAST OF AK/FL/LA/MN/MS/TN in order to conform and integrate into customer owned and already installed head-end CATV distribution equipment. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) quote mark soliciting from a single source. quote mark The NAICS code is 517100 and has a size standard of 1500 EMPLOYEES for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 8:00a.m. CST, April 24 2015 to: contact@example.gov . Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
