D-Day Aerial Demonstration and Static Display

The U.S. Air Force, through the 92nd Contracting Squadron at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract to provide a D-Day-themed aerial demonstration and static aircraft display during the 2026 Fairchild AFB Open House and Air Show on June 6–7, 2026. The contractor must deliver three WWII-era American military aircraft capable of performing daily flight demonstrations and maintaining public static displays throughout the two-day event, with Amendment 0001 modifying the originally specified B-17, P-38, and P-47 to allow for any three suitable WWII-era U.S. military aircraft meeting performance and safety requirements. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 711219 and requires offerors to be registered in SAM.gov with active Unique Entity Identifiers and CAGE codes, and to complete all required representations regarding size status, socioeconomic categories, and compliance with federal contracting rules, including prohibitions on internal confidentiality agreements and restrictions on use of covered defense telecommunications equipment.
