NOTICE OF INTENT The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), 875 Fifteenth Street NW, Washington, DC 20005, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), 111 West 57th Street, New York, New York 10019-2211, 3901 for internet research capability regarding for 41 specified countries for MCC staff. EIU provides internal access to multiple counties information that enhances MCC employees to have Internet Protocols ability to various counties. EUI provides information and articles that can be accessed by all MCC employees from any location. The period of performance for this award is one year. Three one-year options may be awarded with the base year of the contract. Utilizing simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items. The MCC believes EIU is the only known source that possesses the capability required. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, qualifications, and pricing for the provision of such subscription services which will be considered by the Government. .
