The Department of Energy (DOE), EM Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC) invites all interested responsible parties to submit a proposal for the ?EMCBC Internet Service Replacement Project.? This project is for the purposes of seeking an Internet Service Provider (ISP) for the following services: Dedicated Internet Service Connection at the EMCBC Data Center and two Interoffice or Point to Point Data Service Connections, for the main and satellite offices. The solicitation, DE-SOL-0004077, is attached to this synopsis and is issued as a full and open competition. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the firm that presents the ?best value? to the Department. It is the intent of the Department to award this contract without seeking additional information or clarification from Offerors. The NAICS Code is 517110 with an associated size standard of 1,500 employees.
