It is the National Energy Technology Laboratory's (NETL) intent to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to SNL FINANCIAL LC to renew the SNL Energy Unlimited Package (ENUNLPKG) subscription which provides NETL staff access to SNL Unlimited newsletters, real-time news/alerts, news, archive, company profiles, documents, events calendar, industry/market data, export to Excel, research reports as entitled, standardized and as-reported sector-specific financials, transcripts, presentations, mergers and acquisitions, capital offerings. Institutional ownership, peer comparison, credit ratings, analyst estimates, asset-level and regulatory data, Excel integration tools, and mapping/demographics for U.S./Canadian energy and financial companies. SNL is the only source that provides access to this type of service. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Challenges must demonstrate the capability to provide all of the listed specifications for the item being requested.
