Full Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract with The Professional Software Consortium Inc citing FAR part 6 subpart 6.302-1. To the best of the Government's knowledge, there are no other firms that can satisfy this requirement. The work under this contract consists of providing programming services to provide an Interface between the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS) and the Integrated Automated Travel System (IATS), which is software in which the Professional Software Consortium Inc has proprietary rights. Award of this contract will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
