The local exchange service provider certified by the Georgia Public Utilities Commission shall provide local commercial communications service for Otis ANG, MA.Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial business lines, directory number and number portability, ISDN PRI, Transport Channels, Public listings, and DIDs. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned businesses.
