D -- Operation and Maintenance of the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) at Fairchild AFB WA

Solicitation FA8773-07-R-0014 is a request for proposal for the 24/7 operation and maintenance of the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. This procurement is 100 percent set aside for 8(a) Small Businesses and is managed by the Department of Defense. The scope of work includes the maintenance of switching systems, transmission equipment, and cable plants, with a specific focus on supporting voice, video, and data services during a transition toward an IP network and AF enterprise voice network.
