The Federal Bureau of Prisons at the Federal Correctional Complex in Coleman, Florida, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Embarq/Sprint for the provision of local and long distance wired telecommunications services. This procurement will be conducted under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and covers a twelve-month period.
