The Hawaii Army National Guard intends to award a multi-year sole source contract effective on or about September 20, 2007 for continual lease of interisland DS1 High Capacity Digital T1 circuits. Continual lease with Hawaiian Telcom, Inc., 1177 Bis hop Street, Honolulu, HI 96813 has been determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Hawaiian Telcom, Inc. complies with all tariff and P.U.C. requirements. This is not a formal solicitation. No solicitation document will be issued and telep honic requests will not be honored. Reponses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that respondee meets all compliance issues and is able to offer advantages over the current provider Hawaiian Telcom, Inc. Determination not to compete th e proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Absent response to this Notice within fifteen (15) days, an award will be processed to Hawaiian Telcom, Inc.
