Les soumissionnaires doivent se procurer les documents d’appel d’offres sur le site du SÉAO (SEAO). Les frais sont fixés selon la tarification établie par le SÉAO. Les garanties financières et d’autres exigences spécifiques sont inscrites dans les documents d’appel d’offres. Seules sont autorisées à soumissionner les personnes, sociétés ou compagnies ayant leur principale place d’affaires au Québec ou dans une province ou un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental applicable au présent contrat. Le présent contrat est assujetti à l’Accord du commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO), à l’Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC), à l’Accord économique et commercial global (AECG) et à l’Accord de libre-échange canadien.
