Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Army Contracting Command - National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management & Comptroller (ASA FM&C) - Financial Information Management, Technology Division (FIM-T) intends to award a sole source bridge contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to CACI-CMS INFORMATION SYSTEMS, INC, 14370 NEWBROOK DRIVE CHANTILLY, VA 20151-2218. CACI International, Inc. will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide maintenance and sustainment of the Automated Schedule and Reporting System (ASARS), Exhibit Automation System (EAS), and Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) Portal Business Applications. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of six (6) months commencing on 29 September 2012 through 31 March 2013. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 with a size standard of $25.5M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals.
