Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for NCIS to purchase the following items from Cross Match Technologies, located at 3950 RCA Blvd, Suite 5001, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. The proposed acquisition is to purchase five (5) bundled assembly, SEEK II w/MOBS, 64GHD, 2G RAM, 3G WIFI/BT, black storage and matching 120,000 records. Five (5) MOBS SOCOM software. Five (5) kit accessory – SEEK II, black, silicone pads, batteries, stylus. Five (5) mouse, USB, optical, compact for admin operation of SEEK II not ruggedized. Five (5) flexible keyboards mini. Ten (10) battery SEEK replacement. Five (5) Power supply assembly SEEK with A/C cable. Three (3) black custom storage and carry bags SEEK. Sole manufacturer of biometrics collection device capable of adequately collecting fingerprints, irises, mug shots and biographical data and transmit to authoritative data bases in accordance with agency policy and procedures. Compatible and rugged to effectively operate in support of the spectrum of the agency mission sets in harsh environments (35-120 degrees F), light weight long lasting batteries, viewable in intense sunlight, water resistant and powered by an effective Windows XP OS. Sole device to effectively store and immediately query the DOD Biometrics Enable Watch List (BEWL) This requirement will be Brand Name Therefore, Cross Match Technologies, Inc. can provide all the requirement for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Deliveries will be made to Alina Richards, Code 23C2, NCIS 27130 Telegraph Road, Quantico, VA 22134 Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
