Project Manager, Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (PM WIN-T) has a requirement for a secure distributed network management system capability . The proposed action is for software maintenance and support for new Solarwinds software licenses and software maintenance renewal for new licenses and existing Solarwinds perpetual software licenses at PM WIN-T. This action will support the already fielded baseline of software to Army units. WIN-T provides the communications networks and services that allow the Warfighter to execute the Army Mission.
