D - NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCREASE CONTRACT VALUE ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS TO ALPHA RESEARCH & TECHNOLOGY, INC. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB NE, intends to increase Contract Number F25600-02-D-0008 Not-To-Exceed amount from $15,500,000 to $21,500,000. Contract is a non-commercial Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract awarded under full and open competition for the the Strategic Command and Control Program Upgrades for the National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC) E-4B aircraft. NAICS Code 541511. This notice is for information only, Note 22 applies. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
