Notice of Intent to Sole Source: On-Premises Hyperion Planning and Budgeting Lift and Shift to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud The Department of Energy (DOE) / Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) intends to issue a limited source award, under the authority of FAR 8.405-6, Limiting Sources, to Significance Inc. of Annapolis, MD, for On-Premises Hyperion Planning and Budgeting Lift and Shift to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud Enhancements. In the interest of economy and efficiency, the resulting action is a follow-on contract to an original Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) wherein the original order was placed in accordance with the applicable FSS ordering procedures and was previously competed. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541512, and the size standard is $30M. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No solicitation package will be publicly issued. All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing no later than the response date. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the company's ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. If WAPA identifies no other capable sources by the response date, then a limited source acquisition award will be made. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
