The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Contract Services Directorate provides this Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement for Program Title. DFAS-CSD intends to issue an order for the following requirement on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.501). This requirement is for OnBase Software (System Upgrade-Updates, upgrades, patches and releases; Annual jSystem Maintenance CY2007; and Installation-Installation, Testing, and Monitoring)located at DFAS Indianapolis, IN. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability, to include prood of distributorship of specified brand name only item(s) in providing the same product. All capability statements received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Capability statements shall be submitted by e-mail only to William J. Fischbach (william.fischbach@dfas.mil). No phone call accepted.
