This announcement is amendment 0001 to the below basic announcement published on 9/2/2008. The actual amendment 0001 will be located at the CCE web site as previously stated in the original announcement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91WAW-08-T-0129 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Contracting Center of Excellence, on behalf of the DoD Inspector General (DoD IG) intends to procure Polycom Video Teleconference Maintenance. This procurement will be a 100% Small Businesses Set-a-Side. The NAICS Code is 811213, size standard is 100 Employees. Responses shall be in accordance with the RFQ W91WAW-08-T-0129 CLIN 0001 thru 0004. The Period of Performance will be One Base Year of 01 Oct 2008 thru 30 Sep 2009 plus Three One Year Option Periods beginning 01 Oct 2009 thru 30 Sep 2012.
