Full Description

The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to solicit and award a one-year(12month), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. This action is intended as a sole source award directed to BAE Systems Information Solutions Inc. of 8201 Greensboro Dr. Ste 1200, McLean VA 22102-3846 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 10. USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for SOCET GXP software maintenance and support. The proposed action is for the award of a new Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software upgrade entitlement (UE) for the existing BAE SOCET GXP perpetual software licenses for the Distributed Common Ground System - Army (DCGS-A) program, the Tactical Ground Station (TGS) program, and the Operational Ground Station (OGS) program at the Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors (IEW&S) Directorate under the Software Engineering Center (SEC). The period of performance of the contract will be for a period of 12-months. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541511, Custom computer programming services.
