The Treasury's HR Connect Program Office (HRCPO) is seeking information on an automated recruitment system to integrate with its existing CareerConnector platform, part of the larger HRConnect PeopleSoft suite. CareerConnector supports enterprise-wide automated hiring for Treasury, its bureaus, and customers, and the desired system must facilitate vacancy announcement creation, seamless integration with external services such as USAJOBS, online applicant processing, and advanced assessment tools. Key features include applicant rating and ranking, scheduling, electronic notifications, and compatibility with backend databases like Oracle. The system should also support extensive reporting capabilities to fulfill OPM regulatory requirements and include dashboard functionalities for tracking recruitment metrics. Robust operational demands include 24/7 availability with minimal downtime, comprehensive security measures compliant with federal mandates, single sign-on access, scalability to handle unlimited applicants and at least 250 HR users, disaster recovery, and audit tracking abilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing production support, help desk services, performance measurement, analytics, technical architecture, hosting, telecommunications, database administration, and disaster recovery. The RFI process is purely informational, aimed at gathering industry feedback to guide acquisition strategy and is not a solicitation for proposals or quotations. All responses must outline company capabilities, relevant past contracts, and cost estimates, and vendors, especially small and diverse business enterprises, are encouraged to participate. Responses will assist in identifying potential challenges and help ensure a successful procurement by considering modern industry best practices, emerging technologies, and performance-based contracting methodologies. Interested parties are advised to direct questions to the designated Contract Specialist and monitor the federal acquisition portal for updates on any forthcoming solicitations.
